Most accurate .45 bullet I've tried---guess it's the long bearing surface. Hits the steel hard, but no splatter, thanks in part to the hollow point. However, these will not expand in any medium, regardless of how hot I load them. So, the hollow point serves a purpose, but only for target shooting.

I shot 300 reloaded rounds at the range with my CZ 97B the other day. Out of 300 rounds I had one failure to feed. That's a 99.7% success rate! Great bullets. I reloaded another 300 today and plan to shoot them tomorrow.

Bullets shoot great, load like a dream.
Colt 45-7.1GN Bullseye seat to 1.65" OAL respectable bang , low recoil good speed.
Casull 454-11.1GN Bullseye seat to 1.75" OAL big bang, low recoil high speed
The bullets are rounded on the because they were intended for 45ACP. you have to get the crimp in the non rounded area
This is a recommendation only, research the data thoroughly on other sources before trying this at home.

In testing, I weighed a number of bullets. The weight Extreme Spread was .5gr. Using Alliant BE-86, I loaded 10 rounds @ 6.6gr, with an average velocity of 904fps and 417ft/lb energy at the muzzle. I am still in progress with the testing. Note, that I did not see any over pressure signs @ 6.6gr of BE-86. I am going to take it up a bit and see how it does. I am looking for less than 20fps extreme spread. The testing is done with a Full Size 5" barrel, Para Ordnance M1911. I will write a review on the 124gr 9mm when I complete testing on that bullet. I've been reloading since the 70's and Xtreme Copper Plated Bullets perform better that Berry's. Yep, I'm having fun. God Bless America and God Bless our Veterans and Active Duty Military.
